 James started in lending in 2001 and has helped thousands of people buy homes. He absolutely loves helping people. 

 With more than a decade of experience helping clients purchase and refinance homes, I am passionate about making the home financing process smooth, strategic, and personalized. As a licensed Continuing Education provider for real estate agents since 2017, I enjoy building strong relationships while helping clients navigate loan options, credit education, and long-term financial goals with confidence. Born and raised in Utah, I currently live in Lehi with my five children and enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and continuing to learn both personally and professionally.

Originally from Montana, I moved to Utah 30 years ago for college and quickly fell in love with the state. My wife and I raised our four children in American Fork and now enjoy having our grandchildren close by as well. Having seen Utah’s real estate market evolve over the years, I’m passionate about teaching CE classes and helping others better understand the wide variety of loan programs available to today’s homebuyers.
