Personal Life

Outside of his professional life, James Roberts is a dedicated father to his five amazing children and believes strongly in living a balanced, purpose-driven life. He has a passion for fitness and personal growth, enjoying hiking, running, working out, and continually challenging himself both mentally and physically. James has completed three Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim hikes through the Grand Canyon and has also run multiple marathons and ultra marathons — accomplishments that reflect his discipline, endurance, and determination. He also enjoys playing the piano and is deeply committed to lifelong learning, always striving to improve himself, expand his knowledge, and become the best version of himself for his family, clients, and team.
